Federal Election law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. We may accept contributions from an individual totaling up to $2,500 per election – the Primary & General are two separate elections. Federal law prohibits contributions to the campaign from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, any person contributing another person’s funds, foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status and federal government contractors.
