Featured Speaker

Dianne Post, Attorney and activist will share vital information that the public needs to know about private prisons and what we can do to fight this crime. Dianne has long been involved with the Criminal Justice system.. She has a BA in Correctional Administration and was a parole officer in California. While in law school she started a project for clemency for women in prison in Wisconsin. Her work has continued over the years. Since 1994 she has been Legal Redress Chair for the NAACP. Since 2011 she has worked against private for profit prisons with the ACLU and the American Friends Service Committee.
